Hebrews 11:6

Matthew 5:16 - Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

These are not by works of man yet through the holy spirit being made subject to the will of Yahweh. Thus in hearing and obedience

For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
Titus 1:16 - They profess that they know God; but in works they deny [him], being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate
Romans 3:28 - Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law
